James earned a B.A. from the University of Dallas and a S.T.L. from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. James previously worked in the Department of Admission at the University of Navarra in addition to a number of inner city educational initiatives in Mexico, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.. James is also the varsity squash coach, teaches finance in the upper school, and directs the Sports & Forts and Finance Bootcamp summer camps.
