Varsity Soccer Enters the Playoffs Ranked #1 in WCAC

The Heights Varsity Soccer team enters the 2019 WCAC playoffs ranked #1 for the second year in a row.  Led by seniors Jordan McMillan, Jorge Dickens, and Santiago Arguello The Heights has finished strong going undefeated in their last seven contests and outscoring opponents 25-1.

Finishing the regular season with a record of 13-2-2 The Heights has continued its stellar play from last year’s championship season and now has only two losses in the last two years. The Heights is again benefitting from a strong senior class but has also fielded an excellent group of juniors and sophomores.  Dominic Yantiss (Jr.) has been a mainstay in the defense all year with fellow junior James Canady leading the attack from the midfield.  Sophomores Max Gleason and Adeteye Gbadehan have also contributed, anchoring the midfield.

The Heights will play its first WCAC playoff game vs. Bishop McNamara High School at The Heights on Tuesday, October 29th at 3:45pm.  Please come out and support the Cavs.

Heights wins against McNamara 4-0.

The Heights will play a semifinal game against Gonzaga at home on Thursday, October 31, at 3:45pm.
