On Thursday, May 9th, The Heights Varsity Rugby team secured a 25-24 win at Landon to advance to the MAVRC D2 finals against Gonzaga. It was a close contest throughout with several lead changes. The Heights was down in the closing seconds until Grant Polla scored a field goal to win the game. The championship will be held this Thursday, May 16th, at 4:30pm at Gonzaga.
