Roger Naill joined the The Heights faculty in 2012.  Before teaching at the Heights,  He  worked for the AES Corporation as Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning, retiring after 27 years with the company.  He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree in management from the Sloan School of Management, M.I.T. and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Dartmouth College.  hHe received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree (with a concentration in Moral Theology) at Notre Dame University (Christendom College)in 2020. Dr. Naill teaches Religion in the Middle School. He and his wife Carol reside in Arlington, Virginia; they have two daughters and twelve grandchildren.
