Nelson holds a Master of Science in Matrimony and Family from the University of Navarra in Spain and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis and Engineering from The George Washington University. He further honed his leadership skills through the Senior Management Program (PAG) at INCAE Business School in Costa Rica. His professional background spans financial services, sales management, engineering, and business development.
At The Heights School, Nelson serves as Director of Parent Formation and teacher Religion in the Middle School.
He also serves as the school’s Varsity Tennis Coach drawing on a competitive tennis background that includes representing Honduras internationally and playing collegiately.
Nelson and his wife, Sara, have five children — four daughters and one son. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
