Mr. Zelaya recently retired from the Montgomery County Police Department after 20 years of service. He is a father of five current Heights students who all experienced the excitement of the Valley in 3rd grade. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Paula, for 18 years. Mr. Zelaya looks forward to the continued formation of your boys into virtuous men!
