Last week, The Heights varsity lacrosse and varsity rugby teams both won their respective conference championships. For the lacrosse team, their 11-6 win over Calverton School to capture the Metropolitan Independent Lacrosse League (MILL) title capped off a remarkable 17-4 season. Coach Dave Mitchell added, “This was definitely our best season in program history.  Much of our success can be attributed to our senior class and their outstanding leadership. ”

Following an undefeated season, the rugby squad secured their first Metro Area Varsity Rugby Conference – B (MAVRC-B) title with a win over Bell Multicultural School.
