Dr. Roger Naill


B.A. Princeton University; M.S. Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Ph.D. Dartmouth College

Roger Naill joined the The Heights faculty in 2012. He retired in 2009 following nearly 30 years working for the AES Corporation as Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree in management from the Sloan School of Management, M.I.T. and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Dartmouth College. He is currently a candidate for a Masters in Theology degree at Notre Dame University (Christendom College). Dr. Naill teaches Religion in the Middle School. He and his wife Carol reside in Arlington, Virginia; they have two daughters and twelve grandchildren.
