With just over five months to go in The Heights’ fiscal year over $70,000 in donations from 110 alumni have been received. This is just under halfway to the goal of $150,000 for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. Thank you to everyone who has given so far.
If you missed the chance to give in December, don’t worry you can still make a gift!
The fiscal year at The Heights is built around the school year and runs July 1 to June 30 not January to December. Tax-deductible Gifts may be made at any point during the July-June period to be counted toward that fiscal year. As far as personal tax deductions go, your gift is applied to the calendar year in which you give.
Annual gifts made to The Heights support the Crescite Fund which makes up 8%-12% of the School’s budget. It provides additional funds for financial aid, athletics, mentoring and faculty support all critical to the School’s mission. Every gift has a double impact in that it supports both students and faculty. When you give you help allow a young man to receive an excellent education and a faculty member to be justly compensated for his work in providing that education and mentoring.
